Scurry Man Indicted for Murder |

Kaufman, Texas –On Thursday June 3, 2010 Mr. Joshua Neil Brown, age, 32, of Scurry turned himself in to Kaufman County Deputes without incident, in connection with the shooting death of Mr. Jerry L. Brunson, age 29, also of Scurry. Mr. Brown’s arrest stems from a domestic altercation on February 14, 2010, where Mr. Brown allegedly shot Mr. Brunson. The Kaufman County Grand Jury returned the indictment against Mr. Brown on May 25, 2010. Bond has been set for Mr. Brown at $50,000.00
