Terrell Texas—On March 7, 2012, Sheriff’s Deputies have arrested Kenneth Hoye Foster, Jr., 43, of Terrell and charged him with Aggravated Assault with a deadly weapon/Family Violence. The charges stem from an altercation that started about 9:04 pm. on February 15, 2011.
Kaufman County Sheriff’s deputies were dispatched to a residence in the 1400 block of County Road 322, near Terrell in reference to a deadly conduct call that had just occurred. The altercation started after one of the victims went to Foster’s residence to discuss information about a cow that was being kept on his property and was believed to be missing. After coming out of his residence, Foster confronted the two victims, firing several shots into the ground, and as the confrontation progressed, Foster physically assaulted one of the victims several times. Both victims left the property and called 911. Foster was charged with Assault by contact at that time, which was a Misdemeanor C.
Kaufman County investigators later upgraded the charges to Aggravated Assault with deadly weapon/family violence. A warrant was issued for Kenneth Hoye Foster Jr, 43 of Terrell. .
Kenneth Foster, Jr. was arrested without incident at his residence, and transported to the Kaufman County Law Enforcement Center where bond is set at $100,000.00.
