Kaufman, Texas. – Kaufman County investigators have arrested and charged two suspects with burglary of a habitation, from a burglary that occurred on December 12, 2010. The resident came home to find that someone had entered the residence through a window, and took an estimated $4,000.00 in property.
Investigators received at tip about the burglary of a residence in the 3700 block of Jacobs Lane, and located some of the stolen property in a local pawn shop. The tip also helped investigators in the identity of the suspects.
Arrested and charged with burglary of a habitation were Johnny Wayne Lollis, 27, of Kaufman, and Shaun Lollis, 19, also of Kaufman. Both were transported to the Kaufman County Law Enforcement Center where bond is set at $25,000.00 for each.
A third suspect Hazel Lollis, 48, of Kaufman, was arrested by Terrell Police Department. Hazel Lollis was transported to the Kaufman County Law Enforcement Center where bond is set at $25,000.00.
