Terrell Texas, - What started out as a traffic stop, turned into two Terrell residents being arrested and charges with drug possession. On February 28, 2012, at approximately 9:08 pm. a Kaufman County deputy stopped a 1997 Ford 3500 flat bed truck on a traffic stop on State Street at Hardin Street in Terrell.
