Money Accounts

Money can be applied on-line to an inmates account by using Tiger Correctional Services

Money Orders can be received through the U.S. Mail or in person. Money Orders should be completed as follows:

• Pay to Order of: Inmate Name
• Purchaser’s Address: Address of person sending money order
• Purchaser’s Signature: Signature of person who purchased money order

DO NOT ENDORSE THE BACK OF MONEY ORDER.

NO CASH is accepted for inmate accounts.

Phone Services

The Kaufman County Jail utilizes NCIC Inmate Communications as its Inmate Communications Provider. Inmate calls are billed at a per-minute rate of $.21, with no connection fees. International calls are also billed at a per-minute rate of $.50.

Mail

Inmates may receive mail; proper addressing is important to ensure the inmate receives the letter. Mail is not forwarded to an inmate once they have been released, it will be returned to the sender. Mail should be addressed as the example below.
